Fajitas for a meal

I picked up this Fajita Dinner Kit recently from Hyper City and decided to try my hand at this amazing Mexican filler!
The instructions are simple and clear and the package comes with some tortillas, taco sauce and taco seasoning. So, I picked up one of the tortillas, heated them enough till the light red spots showed up and it did not seem "kachcha" anymore. Now there are two ways of heating this - on the tava or in the oven. I found the tava very convenient.
Place the tortilla on a flat surface, spread the taco sauce evenly on the surface. Next, add a layer of mayonnaise to even out the sour taste of the sauce. Now if you are craving for a tangy meal then you could mix some regular sauce or pizza sauce with the taco sauce and avoid the mayo. Julienne some carrot and capsicum and slice the onion.

Take a pan and add little oil. Add carrot, capsicum , onion julienne in the pan and stir fry for a while, add paneer (or you could replace it with meat of your choice), taco sauce and taco seasoning with little soya sauce and red chilli sauce into this mixture and mix it thoroughlySpread this mix evenly on each tortilla and fold it either as shown in the packaging or simply as a roll and insert a toothpick to hold the roll together.

Serve it hot and get ready to take a bow! :)
